The Korean War started June 25, 1950.

The Korean War (1950-1953) was kindled when the Communist Party of North Korea crossed the 38th Parallel and took over South Korea (non-Communist). When the North Korean army quickly overtook South Korea thanks to their leader Kim II-sung and Soviet tanks, the United States went to aid South Korea.
